Hey hey hey...

So picking up from Thursday..

Friday Eve:
5k Run

Saturday:
1h Body Attack
1h Boxfit
1h Bootcamp
Was so shattered after this I cant even begin to explain.

Monday 14th:
Swimming , was tough, a lot of legs

Tuesday:
2.5k run
20min Vcore
1h15min Weights (Shoulders, arms, back,legs, abs)

Wednesday:
1h Yoga
1h Streetdance

Thursday:
Went to see my FIRST ever live NBA game, was so much fun! The NY Knicks vs Detroit Pistons.

Friday/Sat/Sunday = Snowchaos so I stayed in all weekend :) yay.

Monday - Should have gone swimming but had to work late, will make up for it at spinning tonight.
