Pain is weakness Leaving the Body.


HAPPY FRIDAY READER!!!..(S)... lol

Thursday:
7.45 - 8.30 - Box Circuits
8.30-9.30 Zumba 

Food:
Breakfast - Green tea and crackers
Lunch- 250g mince meat with vegetables, 3 baby potatoes,
Snack - 1 banana , 1 clementine
Post workout - 1 Protein bar, 2 eggs, 2 crackers

Drinks: Water, Green tea, 1 glass of juice


Well pffffff... what can I say...If we're going by the subject line then booooiiii... my weakness is definitely on its way out ..... The welps and cat sounds coming out of me everytime I have to sit down or stand up is actually even surprising myself...
But I gotta say, I'm doing it with a smile, slightly enjoying this...this....torture in lack of better words lol.

This is what I needed to be reminded of.
Its WAR.

1st week almost over... I'm leading so far.....

Tonight just doin a 5k light run..

Tomorrow is the big Bootcamp Saturday. Im ready.
