So, wow, what a week!
2nd week back in the game baby!!!
I've honestly been supergood (YAY ME! )... but I have a bit of catching up to do so let me start from last week..
Friday after work I just chilled, went home to Fatimas and just had a good ol catch up. Around 1am ( night) we started talking about fitness and she introduced a certain device (sounds hilarious lmao) to me, which makes your stomach muscles cramp up and basically forces your abs to do the equivalent of 800 situps in an hour, im not sure if it's that efficient but I did feel the abs working... had me cracking up though, super tickly!
Sat morning I got spoiled by Tima, she made me a lovely nutritionous omelette and then I headed off to meet with Fev. We viewed some flats in Southeast, we said thanks but no thanks. :)
In the eve me and Elena went to a little housegathering which was cool, Sunday was super relaxed and I just chilled... BUT for some reason Monday came and I was super tired, I couldnt get it in me to wake up and go the gym, nor did I make it to the gym in the afternoon.
Nevertheless.. this was my week...
Monday
Food : 5/10
Chicken breast (no skin), 0.5dl couscous and salad
Mini portion of that in the eve (cheated and had 4 pieces of chocolate)
Was supertired. Fell asleep at 9 and slept for 11 hours... Perfection!
Gym:
Too tired...too damn tired.
Tuesday
Food:7/10
Chicken fillet, 0.5dl couscous and salad
Mini portion of that in the eve
Snacked on a few figs and brazil nuts
Gym:
1hour Body Combat
Wednesday :
Food: 8/10
Porridge no milke honey & banana (half)
Tuna salad, 1 egg (white only) 0.5dl couscous
Cottage cheese and tuna in the eve
Snack on figs and brazil nuts
Protein bar after Gym
Gym:
Morning - Boxing circuits 1 hour
Evening - PUNCH 45 minutes (Shadow boxing, pad work, abs)
Thursday:
Food: 9/10
Legpiece Jerk chicken (No skin) Salad
Evening tuna salad w cottage cheese + apple (before)
Snacked on raspberries with no fat greek natural yoghurt + figs
Gym:
Morning - 50 minute spin with Alan Terminator
Evening - 15 min CT + 50 min Body combat
Friday
Food:7/10 So far...
Greek no fat natural yoghurt w. raspberries and banana
Steamed vegetables, few (6-7) pieces of calamari, few pieces of chicken, (no skin) (2)
Gym:
Morning - 50 min Body Pump
Addition: I have only been drinking water and green tea.
That's it for this week... Feeling like im getting my motivation back. My goal right now is to work on getting in SOME shape before my holiday on the 9th... then keep it up whilst im away, and then improve ( and stay there) once I'm back.
Feeling good right now, makes me annoyed that I even lost the drive and motivation... but thats the way the cookie crumbles... but now I'm getting rid of the cookie.. in fact .. WHAT COOKIE???
Oh.... I've taken some pics of my culinary treats over this and past week, not much but it gives you an idea of what the diet looks like... :)
The real tests however are over the weekends....pffff...... but i'm gonna manage :)
Here you go, some of the food over this period, home made.. yup :)
This is probably how it's going to be looking for a while... I might have a bit more carbs over the weekend or treat myself to some bread and some pasta...
But so far so good.... I'm feeling strong :)
