No excuses. Day 1.

SOOOOO!!!... I'm back.

Ima keep it short and very sweet.

Nike Training club on the agenda this evening. Time to get back on fitness mode - nothing wrong with keeping a blog filled with random stuff but my original purpose was to keep track on fitness progress. Or right now, the lack OF.

Today has been a good day, could have eaten a bit better... or actually. I've eaten semi-well but I just had a latte so feeling extremeley bloated. That's such a girly thing to say , "I feel bloated" blablabla... but it's like every time I drink coffe my stomach expands more than necessary.. yes. Fair description of bloatiness no?
Ok, unexpected diversion, anywho....

Will definitely get on that one in the future. It's done the trick for me today. It's simple. No excuses.
Im feeling motivated. Let's do this.
Before Xmas I need to get back into tiptop shape.
So it Begins.

Food - Couscous & Tuna salad, 1 nutrigrain, Latte with semi skimmed milk 2 sugars, Water..
Gym - Nike Training Club
