Day 2

Hooola mi primo bloginhero!!

Today has been maaahahahaaniic!

Busy at work and also my phone has not stopped blinking red... I'm arranging a few other stuff in the midst of being in a superbusy period at work as well. HECTIC!!

So anywho.

Day 2 today!

I woke up feeling quite sore, I'm sure DOMS will come along tomorrow and great me with an overdue 'I've missed you' lol!
I decided to skip spin this morning... Im doing a hardcore bodycombat session with Sonja today and I know that it's gonna be a killer...
I'd rather give 100% there then 50/50 just to get in more classes.
  • QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
Foodwise today has been 7/10.
Egg,mushroom & tomato toastie, nutrigrain & latte ( 2 sugars) 2 mini potatoes & chicken fillet ( divided into 2 portions) Last portion at 5pm. Water.

In the evening after training I had 1 supermalt, 2 eggs, halv can of tuna, cottage cheese and handful of raspberries. YUMMY!

Will start writing times soon... slowly getting back.
Gotta go. 20 minutes left & I'm a bit behind!
