So, this week has just FLOWN by!
Had a great week. Celebrated C-Bday, Ate well and stayed disciplined with my training schedule...
This has been my week exercise wise :
Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday
4.4km run 4 x 400 IV CT 1hour 30 min tempo Rest
Quite good, for my first week, I struggled a bit with the Intervalls and the Crosstrainer, but other than that it was ay-okay....
Definitely feeling it, next week my goal is to improve on the eating a bit more. This week it was probably 6/10 .
I did not have any fizzy drinks or anything other than water to drink all week. Huge improvement :)
Since I had a rest day today, I will be doing my long run tomorrow, and on sunday have a recovery day aswell with just a 30 min easy run to loosen up my muscles...
Saturday Sunday
6.4km run 30 min EZ.
Other than that, the weekend is looking mighty good.
Will tell you all about it on Monday.
