So, I'm back. I took some time off training to make time for other things that needed my attention more. But I'm back now...
Fitness wise I haven't done anything since Wednesday - feels like ages.
Food wise - could have been better, a few sneaky treats here n there...
Today however I am going to see the physio therapist which should be good, find out what's niggling my knee. I refuse to be injured...
