Monday Madnesssssss ;)

Main event from yesterday was that I went to the physio to get an assesment and initial treatment done.

As suspected it was the ITB muscle that is causing the pain. Not my knee yay! :) Which is a relief.
My main objective from now on will be to focus on other exercises than running, take a rest from running, do the exercises to become stronger in my gluteus medius which is also a cause to the strain.

..I will now have to become VERY familiar with ITB stretches such as these..


And Gluteus Medius Strength exercises such as these..

Amongst others....

I will also have to learn how to use 1 of these...
So I can do something like that.... :D

Also got a Bio Freeze gel, in case of instant pain



After that I went straight to Sainsburys, and done a HUGE shopping .... It had to be done :)

Enough of this injury talk now. I am working at getting it stronger but in the meantime there's nothing stopping me from doing other exercises.

So tonight I have Nike Training Club on the Agenda !!
