Being off for a whole week means I have a WHOLE week of catching up to do...
So I had a week off, and it included some partying, some alcohol and some treats.
I didn't go mad but I did feel bloated at times...... but I'm back on it now.
Exercise so far:
Monday -Circuit training 1.5 h
Tuesday - Fast pace run 30 min, plus sit-ups, pressups
Wednesday - Boxercise 1h morning ( will do evening run too)
I can't belive me & S.B are doing our HALF-MARATHON in September. Time Flies!!! Marathon run preparations tarts NEXT week. Then I'm doin it full on until I go away. BRING IIIT!!!
Oh yea, which reminds me. We have to set up our sponsor page asap!!!!
