Hiyaaa :)
So - Yesterday I did a small run with S.B near our house, my knee hurt a bit so I started off with a power walk.. felt better when we finished the lap so we decided to do a proper one jogging easily... was fine.
Today I'll be putting in some more effort. Doing a 4k run and then 1h Nike Training Club. kinda tough, just hope my knee won't hurt today.
My eating has been on a 7-8/10. Could be better. Will be better... The sunshine is playing mind games on me, putting me into relax mode. But I'm on it :)
