Day 3!

Wednesday today, day 3 in the week and also day 3 of my 3 week trial - diet!

I mean, I'm still eating very healthy. Just making sure to plan and eat according to what I'm trying to achieve :)
Currently writing a food journal, by the end of each week I'll post it on here just to keep track.
Ah man this is intense lol, like the more you have to be good, the more you want to be bad. Oh well, this is where will power comes in.
In the long run , it will so be worth it!

Yesterday I went to the gym, felt pretty tired but hey, comes with it :)
Did a 45 min spin class and then straight onto a Bodycombat class. Felt good.
Today It'll be a Bodypump class, which is actually becoming quite challenging now that I've started to put on more and more. Just like I want it. Except when I'm there and doing it. Then it's more like 'ooohoo mar du bra i din hjarna?' However, afterwards, I always get that good feeling. And that gooooood feeling is so worth it ! :)

What else... hmm not much for now. Had a nice breakfast this morning. Was damn hungry aswell, had my lunch yesterday at 13.45 and I was so full by the noodlesoup I had that I couldn't even have my shake at 4pm. Funny.
After the gym I only had some pineapple and a proteinshake. Then some almonds when I came home.
So obviously I was planning my breakfast whilst falling asleep. :) mmmm

This month is going to be nice though, I'm not doing as much running as I did just before my 10k run. Feels easier on my legs. SO this month It's all about building strength and stamina more than anything.
In april however I'll be starting my pre- half marathon training. Which will be...tough to say the least.

Btw. Heard something interesting from ... OMG whilst I was writing this somebody actually came in and handed us a box of Krispy Kreme donuts!! Whyyyyyyy?!?!?!!? All this temptation..... ok where was I.... oh yea, heard something interesting from an instructor.
Apparently it's better to measure your body fat percentage than relying on a weight scale. So on Monday I'm having that done.
I will only share it if it's a good percentage lol..
