• Living by myself again :) Been a longtime coming!
• Chocolate Nation 2012 - NottingHill Carnival
• Wimbledon Experience
• The Olympic Experience
• Brian McKnight , D'Angelo, Miguel etc... all the great concerts!

Ok, obviously there's been a whole lot more... but I really can't think right now cause I have a pile of paperwork that I really should be attending to at the moment..

I am just recovering from a little sudden neck stiffness that I suffered last week... but now I'm getting back on track again...

Upcoming Fitness things I signed up to in a moment of insanity:

• 28/10/2012 - Nike Run to the Beat Half Marathon 
• 03/11/2012 - Virgin Active Indoor Triathlon
• 17/11/2012 - Survival of the fittest 10 k Obstacle course (help)
• 18/11/2012 - Well Deserved Spa Day (Looking forward to this the most)

So yes. This will get me in to shape. 

Today is actually the first day of the Swim Squad training. Looking forward to it.

Oh and Guess what, I'm finally signing up to do my scuba certificate. Yes blog. I said I'd do it. So I'm doing it whoop whoop!

What else.... It's been great, all the moments that made this summer what it was... was just wonderful...

It's not over yet though... I am looking forward to a little bit of 'real' summer... looking to book a trip to Egypt for next week....

Bring me sunshine and water...and beaches...and water sports..and ..yea... I'll be happy with that :)
