Goodmorning B to the L O double G ( swedish is BLOGG)...
Sooo... this is the deal. I had 3 wholde days of rest. Foodwise I was.. hmmmm 6/10... so I coulda done MUCH MUCH better. Its all good though, I was busy catching up with things. Yesterday morning, I couldn't I mean I just COULD. NOT. GET. UP. When I heard Fevs alarm... ( LL Cool J ) I was like FLIPPEDY FLUKE! I missed my sesh... sooo.... I went to work, completely bummed out, had problems focusing and felt like I weighed 360 kg.. weird.
Anywho, was dead on going to Nike Training CLub in Hyde Park, come rain , snow, thunder, hail.. whatever. But.. Lucky for us, the sun shone! Yup sure did... n we hd a great session out in the park! Kings Of Leon were plaing ( thanks Feven) playing aswell so we were hearing them - live- in the background. Cool Runnings.

After that, straight home to wifey... She had been home all day, very productive aswell... & I pretty much had dinner waiting for me as I came in... Until I dropped Ketchup, we had a slight awkward pause of WTF.. BUT... we sorted it hahaha... Had a nice chill eve, tried to go bed early but hey.. had a few laughters to get out the system... as usual.
Today I got up at 6am, got the bus at 6.15, was at the gym 6.50... and then did a 45 min Spinclass with Alan aka Terminator .. then followed that with a 45 min Body Pump class wchich was tough.... Did intense hillclimbs on the spin and following that up with bloody squats and lunges is as nice as having ... well cant think of anything but you know what I mean....
Having my earl grey now. About to start ticking through my todo list... But looking forward to tonight. Doing a Nike Training Class at Nike town, then meetin the girls to go see BRIDESMAIDS!! Looks HALARAJOS!! Fun day ahead... legs are killing me, but Im tryna bring sexy back!.. So lets dooo ziiiizzzz...
