Its another beautiful day in Le London, woke up around 6am this morning.. got my stuff and headed off to the gym.
Did 45 min circuits and and then 15 min V-Core. Felt good... I could feel the difference in the circuit class from how I felt last week. PROGRESS!
Sauna in the morning is a beautiful thing. Sets me off just right.... Would love to have that and a steamroom at home. *note to self - add to wishlist for 2021.* Note finished.
Ehm what else amigos.... I'm really on this tattoo thing. WHEN?!?! Is the question damn it, time is just swwooosshing by..... Need to make it happen asap!........
Yesterday was a good day, reeallly busy at work.... but not mad busy. Just good busy. :D
Had a chill eve, went to meet a friend & then home pretty much....
Was tired so didnt have time to make any lunch... hopefully it wont get me off track today... :)
