Friday friday friiidaaayyy!

Morning my gorgeous Blog!

Ah what a week it's been!!

 Fitness wise I have been ON it, and I feel great.
This is what I've done this week...

Monday: 45 min spin + 5k run.
Tuesday: Muay Thai session 1h
Wednesday: 1h Boxercise in the morning, 6.2 k run in Regents park evening.
Thursday: 45 Min spin Morning. Body Combat + Nike Training club evening.
Friday 45 min spin.

Will have a proper recovery weekend. My body felt SO SO sore yesterday but it went away after the 2 sessions in the evening and a good amount of time spent in the Sauna.

My food intake has been brilliant. Haven't 'cheated' or had any snacks whatsoever.
Now I have to be this consistent during the weekend and the coming week to start seeing some results in the near future.

Other than that the SUN IS SHINING! Not a 100% what the weekend is looking like as of yeat but I will update on Monday!
