Motivationzzzzzz Mondayzzz.... #Week2

SO!

Great great weekend...

Friday night consisted of me having a date with some vampires - True Blood.
I got tthe box setm a bottle of red and my treat for the week. A Choc BAR.
But... being the choc predator I am. I didnt stop at that.... sooooo..
I normally rest on saturday sundays but because I was SO bad on Friday I went for a nice long run in the sun... the weather was perfect for it.. #YAYME!
I was motivated by my lack of motivation from the previous night and also by the latest cover of Oxygen magazine ...

After a little domesticating I went & met up with Lena in Angel to go try out Jamie Oliver's restaurant.. It was ay okay.... nothing spectacular, but still delish :)
Then we went to celebrate a bday and it was great fun...

Sunday consisted of recovering and then a Comedy club thing... & that was the highlight of the weekend. R.Blackwood killed it.... was in stitches....

Monday morning suffered a bit and I almost 'accidentally' left my gym bag behind but I ..... couldn't do it..this is only the 2nd week...

Im doing a spin tonight. 50 minutes. Killer....
But hey... NO. EXCUSES.

I'll be out the gym by 8pm.... but I am feeling tired. Early night tonight. After an episode of TB.

Saaa... 1st week back

After 2.5 weeks of sickness...

Yes yes y'all... I started as you saw.. and went on for a whole week, then got a bad ass cold on my case...
So now Im giving it another go..

Hella tired today... woke up later than intended.. pretty much RAN all the way to work...

Im just gonna write about my sessions so far this week..

Monday - 55min spin..
Tuesday - 1hour Body Combat
Wednesday - 1 hour Nike training club
Thursday - 1hour Nike training club ( Today)
Friday - Spin (Tomorrow)

If Anything changes I'll make the changes...

On Monday I stood on the scale.

It wasn't funny.

It's war right now.
