Yesterday was a good day...
Exercise wise I did a 4k run - pain in knee still there. Finished off with Nike Training CLub. No pain in knee during those exercises.
This morning however, running to the bus I felt a sharp pain in my knee and it was quite painful. I was worried I wouldnt be able to do the boxercise class but it went well. I now know it's only related to when running. Apparently it's something called the ITB syndrome one of the 5 ' big ones' for more infor press here. It might be it, that's exactly how I feel.
Pain is exactly on the same spot too...
I booked an appt with a physio therapist for Monday afternoon just to be on the safe side. If it is an injury I wanna do as much as possible to keep the 'damage' limited.
Nothing major, but better safe than sorry... :D and either way I'll be getting a good massage! :)
I'm looking forward to trying out something different tonight. I'll be doing a British Military Fitness session. First time is free, so it's a trial this time. Should be interesting, I'm always up for a fitness challenge :)
Just hope I won't feel annything in my knee...!
Time for lunch soon.. I'm soooo hungry!
