Aaah what a gorgeous day, not literally lol - a beautiful day would include sunshine, birds singing, shades, dresses, sand , beach, ice cream and drinks by the pool! Ok not birds singing, but it just sounds so ... summerish :)
Feeling good and motivated today, I skipped Motivation Monday and Thankful Tuesday and jumped straught into Wonderful Wednesday ! YAY! lol.. TOday I will be hitting the gym HARDCORE! I kinda felt guilty yesterday as I had promised someone to try out Muay Thai with them but I bummed out, I told Ms Santos I'd try to go and she kinda almost had me going when she said she was doing 2h of beachvolley GO GIRL! So today it is on.. Body pump and a looong run!! HIT. ME.!

Pablo Neruda Poems
... So today I don't feel like writing a lot, will keep it simple. The rain has put me in a mellow mood, didn't go gym yesterday as I forgot my wallet at home and hardly had anything to eat all day...
Going today, feels like I have to dig deep to go... but I will. I have to. Only 3 more days and then it's Easter weekend and we're off for a few days... enfin! :)
So I was browsing online...... then I remember hearing the name Pablo Neruda the other day, to be precise , I heard him in context with Paulo Coelho. Somebody had mistaken Mr Coelhos work for Mr Nerudas or maybe it was the other way around.
Either way, he caught my interest. So today I did some research on him and the result has been very satisfying...
His poems are heartfelt, deep and enlightning. Sometimes people write with such a passion you can almost feel the words. He does just that.
Here are 2 of my faves so far...
Love Sonnet XVII

Aaah, the feeling of a Friday morning... love it! Woke up today with sunshine, got ready slipped on the shades and off to work.. :)
Busy weekend ahead, birthday dinner and cinema tonight.
Gym and arrends tomorrow.
Idealhomeshow and Go karting on Sunday.... yes indeed , very busy! But I like it like that :)
Yesterday was a very good day despite an aching tummy. I did the BodyCombat and the Nike Training class, phew. Killer. I got a cramp in my calf and thigh at the same time... probably because I was still hurting a bit from the Body Pump on wednesday.
I will be resting today, have a nice evening and then tomorrow morning push hard through a Bodypump and TBC class. Should be good....
Sooooo many birthdays this month, was meant to meet up with a friend for lunch but I have some arrends to do.. so... no long lunch for me...

Jag ar besatt av dom, skriver alltid grejer jag maste komma ihag/gora/kopa/ata/laga/saga/boka.. aah allt mojligt...
Det basta ar anda nar jag skriver ner grejer, in a hurry & sen inte kan lasa dom nar jag maste skriva ner dom i kalendern. Underbart.
Just nu forsoker jag lurka ut va ja skribblat ner tidigare idag, min skrivstil kan for ovrigt liknas med en 3 arings, som sitter pa ett tag, som aker over stenar... typ.
Annars sa startade min dag bra, om man bortser fran juicen ja drack som fick mig att ma illa & reagerade pa varje lukt under hela min 50 minuters resa, tills jag kom till jobbet. Dar var det nan som kaka korv t frukost & det va ba droppen som fick bagaren att rinna over for min del. Borjade kallsvettas & va tvungen & lagga mig ner for att fa luft. Trodde ja skulle spy pa plats, ursakta men... aah.. you get it.
20 min , 2 Ipren & 6 glas kallt vatten borjade jag ma lite battre..... gick ut i receptionen & kande mig battre. Tog ett tuggumi, tankte ja slar pa stort & tog 2... tuggade, kande mig bra. Sen plotsligt sa ska ja saga nat o sa svaljer jag tuggumit & det va ju preciiiis vad som fattades.
Men nu mar jag bra, kl e snart 15.00 & det ar inte langt kvar tills jag slutar...
Kanner en kraftig traninsvark i laren & ryggen fran BodyPumpen.... men den ar valkommen :) Va ett tag sen jag fick traningsvark, men jag tranade ju inte under 5 dar sa det ar forstaeligt...
What else what else... JO! Jag sliongade ju mitt har haromdan, det kostade £120. Iaf, sa kom min building manager & jag in pa frisorer & deras priser & da berattade jag hur mkt jag betalade. Till det svarade han att han skulle ordna en haftig rabatt at mig for han kanner agaren! WOHOO! Mer sant tack! Jag ska attrahera massa discounts & rabatter & hela koret! Keep it coming baby!
Sen sa ar ju april 'allafyllerarmanaden'.. alla! Inklusive min wohooo! Sa jag har massa kort att kopa, presenter att kolla up & hela tjolabandolan.

Passen pa gymmen idag ar mina 2 favoritpass pa hela veckan, plus att det ar med min favvo instruktor Brian :)
Han e ba for grym! Ikvall blir det iaf BodyCombat & Nike Training club, ska bli spannande med min traningsvark.. men det gar over...

C.H.O.K.L.A.D
Aaah precis, igar var det ett choklad mantra som pagick i mitt huvud. Kunde inte slappa det.. inte bara det sa var jag super trott & superhungrig. Sjukt.......
Lyckades anda dra mig t gymmet, gjorde en spin klass from hell men kandes gott som fan, som vanligt sa va jag on a roll... sa det blev bodycombat class direkt efter.
Maten igar va lite smatt confused. At lite mer an vad jag borde , meeeen man far val ha sina dagar. Ar pa vag mot ett battre jag... Kommer la va lite bumps on the road. Chocholate bumps to be precise!!
Men motivationen ar pa vag igen, sa gar det nar man vilar i ett par dagar. Vart sa upptagen sen i torsdags att ja knappt hunnit trana sa mkt som jag borde under helgen, I'll make up for it though.
Va saaaa hungrig efter traningen, normalt brukar jag inte vara det men jag raddade det med lite brazilnuts & ananas o typ 2l vatten. VIlket jag inte skulle rekommendera till er som vill sova mer an 2 timmar i rad/natt...
Idag kanns det battre. Ska pa bodypump& sen jogga 5km.
Borde bli bra..
p.s hjalper ju inte att pa vagen hem sa sitter det alltid nan & atter, burger king, pizza bit, subway, mcdonalds, krispy kreme, kfc eller allt mojligt som gor att magen satter igang......... ...

Min vecka den borjar idag horronini...
Far bli svenska idag , kanner mig pa svenskt humor :)
Saaa, sista dagen jag bloggade var i Torsdags.... jag slutade tidigt eftersom jag skulle ga & slinga mitt har! Wohoo, det blev lite ljusare an innan men ingen betydlig skillnad. Men for er som kanner mig val sa vet ni att en fargning for mig ar en stor grej. Eller kanske ‘var’ nu, har ju trots allt slingat haret 3 ggr o fargat 1 gang, sa jag borjar bli experienced & cool som alla andra fargare...hihihi...
Efter att ja hade slingat haret, sa drog jag till Topshop & tankte borja leta efter fodelsedagsklannig. Akte direkt ner till klanningssektionen & hittade allt som allt 8 klanningar som jag provade pa. 3 satt jattefint men jag kopte bara en, plus en fin trench coat fran Lipsy som jag blev supernojd med
Fredag morgon vart det upp tidigt & aka ner till vart projekt & kolla upp en massa husgrejer. Massa masssa, massa = mote i 6 timmar. Vi va helt slut efter det, men trots det akte han till jobbet vid 4 & jag gjorde mig iordning & akte traffa Amal & Lorena for lite sushi & biomys.
Shutter Island blev det, lite smatt forbryllande & jag kan tanka mig att den far lite blandad kritik...sjalv tyckte jag om den :)
Lordag Morgon skulle vi upp supertidigt & gora en massa arenden & hit o dit... men inget blev av. Vi stannade i vara pj’s heeela skona langa dagen & kvallen. Kollade pa massa dvd’s & at massa gott.
Jag kan ju for ovrigt tillagga att min diet side tracked sa kraftigt this weekend assa. Jag overgick till en choklad diet med fa inslag av protein. Fy fan. Ska straffas denna veckan!!
Sondag blev det upp & hoppa tidigt & smidigt, akte till ett stalle for att finalise vart kok & hur det ska se ut & hela tjolabandolan. Kommer bli supersnazigt. Langtar...... undrar om jag kommer fatta mig pa ugnarna?? Ska bli spannande...
Sen akte jag & The mister till Westfield - ett jattestort shopping center – fick med oss massa fint. Inklusive min bday dress! YaY!
Kan inte visa bild tyvarr, gotta keep an element of surprise. Inte for att jag har lagt upp nagra bilder alls men...det kommer ;0)

Akte direkt ner till klanningssektionen & hittade allt som allt 8 klanningar som jag provade pa. 3 satt jattefint men jag kopte bara en, plus en fin trench coat fran Lipsy som jag blev supernojd med
Fredag morgon vart det upp tidigt & aka ner till vart projekt & kolla upp en massa husgrejer. Massa masssa, massa = mote i 6 timmar. Vi va helt slut efter det, men trots det akte han till jobbet vid 4 & jag gjorde mig iordning & akte traffa Amal & Lorena for lite sushi & biomys.
Shutter Island blev det, lite smatt forbryllande & jag kan tanka mig att den far lite blandad kritik...sjalv tyckte jag om den :)
Lordag Morgon skulle vi upp supertidigt & gora en massa arenden & hit o dit... men inget blev av. Vi stannade i vara pj’s heeela skona langa dagen & kvallen. Kollade pa massa dvd’s & at massa gott.
Jag kan ju for ovrigt tillagga att min diet side tracked sa kraftigt this weekend assa. Jag overgick till en choklad diet med fa inslag av protein. Fy fan. Ska straffas denna veckan!!
Sondag blev det upp & hoppa tidigt & smidigt, akte till ett stalle for att finalise vart kok & hur det ska se ut & hela tjolabandolan. Kommer bli supersnazigt. Langtar...... undrar om jag kommer fatta mig pa ugnarna?? Ska bli spannande...
Sen akte jag & The mister till Westfield - ett jattestort shopping center – fick med oss massa fint. Inklusive min bday dress! YaY!

Vi va dar pretty much hela dagen. Kom inte hem forran vid 20.00. Da satte jag pa Sherlock Holmes , grym film!! Sen somnade jag...

I am a huge fan of Paulo Coelho, the way he expresses himself , the way he writes, his sincerity and also the spiritual aspects. Life.
He will never fail to keep me interested.
He posted a poem on his blog today. It's quite a long read but it's brilliant. Maybe a bit sad, but true.
It touched me :)... When you get a moment, take some time and read it.
On a brighter note. Lunch is planned! Mmmm... will be having some nice grilled kofte from a Turkish restaurant down the road, with some fresh salad ... mmm mmm mm!

And I'm off tomorrow! Wohooo, how great is that...?
I'm going to be busy anyways but it's always nice having a break from work :)
I really enjoy my Thursdays. Not only is it so close to the weekend but it's also the day of my favourite classes at the gym - Nike Training & Body Combat - with the best instructor - Brian.
I won't make it today though since I'm doing my 'secret' thing lol, but seeing as I've worked so hard mon,tue,wed I am worthy of a day off.
Body pump was tough yesterday, I used to think squats were the killers. But lunges are almost unbearable.. O.U.C.H. Really have to work on that.
After the BP I was about to head home but then the Zumba class was about to start so I stayed for a bit. It was fun, nothing more than that. I don't find it sweaty or hard or anything, the only time people start feeling warm is when they're doing hip rolls....harligt att dra varsta hoft movesen med massa framlingar hahaha. lol.. hilarious!
Went to bed nice and early and once again this morning woke up at 6.15, had me a yummy brekkie :) My tummy is happy now ...
Feeling good & grateful!
Now... what can I have for lunch that's healthy.... hmmmm..... yesterday I said I'd definitely be bringing food with me. But I came home so late.....

Can you keep a secret?...
I can! And I'm a bit nervous about something i'm doing tomorrow. Can't share it. It's a secret. Once it's done you'll know though... ! Hoping I'll be happy with the result ;)
Another thing, my throat is feeling a bit dry. Don't want go get sick, will have to stock up on all the ingredients for my home remedies and make sure I fight it off.
The day is passing by pretty slow, but I have a feeling this blog will make the days pass much faster lol...
It is kind of scary blogging though I must admit, you're kind of putting yourself out there. Exposed. Of course I get to chose what to share but still. It's an interesting experience....
And hey, don't knock it until you try it...

Failed lunch!!
I usually like M&S but today they just ruined it for me, let me explain.
Yesterday I bought some mini chicken fillets in a 'zesty lime & chilli marinade', sounded good.
In addition to that I planned in some cottage cheese and carrots.
Also, I susally have zeero imagination when it comes to dieting, keep it simple, low carbs! Protein and veggies :) But yesterday I felt creative.
Just before lunch today though, I felt extra hungry so I figured I'd add something else, a-ha! Beans. Perfect.
Putting it all on my plate it looked so nice and healthy; Chicken fillets, cottage cheese, carrots, beans.
Boy was I wrong! The chicken was just squashy....ew. The beans had a horrible sauce on them, it was almost like they had liquified a...hmm.... fis! Yes. En fis. So I ended up eating the cottage cheese, carrots and half a protein bar.
Great. Just great.
From now on strictly home cooked!! No exceptions.
Unless im in a real hurry :)
p.s I know I sound really on this, but I am.. I only started in December. So I have a goooood few months of this left...... phew!

Day 3!
Wednesday today, day 3 in the week and also day 3 of my 3 week trial - diet!
I mean, I'm still eating very healthy. Just making sure to plan and eat according to what I'm trying to achieve :)
Currently writing a food journal, by the end of each week I'll post it on here just to keep track.
Ah man this is intense lol, like the more you have to be good, the more you want to be bad. Oh well, this is where will power comes in.
In the long run , it will so be worth it!
Yesterday I went to the gym, felt pretty tired but hey, comes with it :)
Did a 45 min spin class and then straight onto a Bodycombat class. Felt good.
Today It'll be a Bodypump class, which is actually becoming quite challenging now that I've started to put on more and more. Just like I want it. Except when I'm there and doing it. Then it's more like 'ooohoo mar du bra i din hjarna?' However, afterwards, I always get that good feeling. And that gooooood feeling is so worth it ! :)
What else... hmm not much for now. Had a nice breakfast this morning. Was damn hungry aswell, had my lunch yesterday at 13.45 and I was so full by the noodlesoup I had that I couldn't even have my shake at 4pm. Funny.
After the gym I only had some pineapple and a proteinshake. Then some almonds when I came home.
So obviously I was planning my breakfast whilst falling asleep. :) mmmm
This month is going to be nice though, I'm not doing as much running as I did just before my 10k run. Feels easier on my legs. SO this month It's all about building strength and stamina more than anything.
In april however I'll be starting my pre- half marathon training. Which will be...tough to say the least.
Btw. Heard something interesting from ... OMG whilst I was writing this somebody actually came in and handed us a box of Krispy Kreme donuts!! Whyyyyyyy?!?!?!!? All this temptation..... ok where was I.... oh yea, heard something interesting from an instructor.
Apparently it's better to measure your body fat percentage than relying on a weight scale. So on Monday I'm having that done.
I will only share it if it's a good percentage lol..
That's enough. For now :)

Gym!
Just nu sa far det la bli pa svenska!
Ok , sen min traning borjade i December sa e d typ det enda jag pratat om, sa jag tankte undvika att bli attackerad av folk som inte orkar hora om vad jag gor pa min fritid pa facebook & starta en blogg istallet!
Suberbra losning if I may say so myself, sa satt kan jag ju bombardera de fa utvalda - las speciella- & tvinga er lasa min bloggar titt som tatt! Ni maste ju liksom halla er uppdaterade :)
Saaa... haha jag ar sa excited jag vet knappt vart jag ska borja! Ehm.... ok.
Kan ju borja med att skriva om min dag : Idag har jag haft en trevlig dag. Naa, det lat trakigt va?
Ok. Solen har skinit heeeela dagen & jag har fatt ett par heatwaves lite da & da med tanke pa att jag har tights - inte langkalsonger- pa mig eftersom jag gar hemifran kl 6.45 pa morgonen & da ere svinkallt ute PLUS att jag gar ratt langt. Att sen sitta pa jobbet med kostym pa & tights under & ha solen mitt i ansiktet ar ingen hojdare ,MEN jag klagar inte. SUN ! I LOVE YOU!!!
Men iaf, jag kommer skriva ratt mycket om min traning & mina mal dessa kommande manader.
Massa annat roligt ocksa saklart...... this is just the beginning folks! :)
Nu ser jag att ni svarat pa min fraga, det far bli svenska idag :)
Ser fram emot ett hart spinning pass ikvall. Bra att luftkonditioneringsgrejen hade gatt sonder igar!! Om ni nansin vill prova pa sensationen att smalta bort sa kor en spinklass utan luftkonditionering. Fy fan....
